JARRETTSVILLE, Md. (WMAR) — WMAR-2 News's Good Morning Maryland team is honoring the life of Kelly Fagan of Jarrettsville, by smiling.
Kelly passed away Friday from a rare form of cancer called high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma.
She leaves behind a devoted husband and three loving children. Her family says she never stopped smiling as she courageously fought this battle.
