CECIL COUNTY — Tropical Storm Isaias brought having flooding to North East in Cecil County.
An area off Main Street in North East is flooded out. Bystanders say people and pets had to be rescued when the creek breached its walls, including a dog named Bleu who was home alone when the whole area flooded.

There were also reports of multiple people trapped within their houses surrounded by flood water in North East.
Isaias isn't expected to completely leave Maryland until Tuesday evening.
