BALTIMORE — Two suspects have been arrested in connection to a September 5 double shooting in Southwest Baltimore.
Police say two 21-year-old men were sitting in a car in the 4100 block of Frederick Avenue, when they were shot.
Three days later, after reviewing video footage and interviewing the victims and witnesses, detectives identified 20 year-old Raekwon Williams as the shooter and charged him with Attempted First Degree Murder.
On September 30, police also charged 21 year-old Qwantay Smith with being an accessory after the crime. He's currently awaiting a bail hearing.
