FREDERICK, Md. (WMAR) — A 59-year-old man has died after being attacked by two juveniles at the Great Frederick Fair Friday evening.
The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says they found a white male, identified as 59-year-old John Marvin Weed of Mount Airy, on the ground unconscious near the midway area of the fairgrounds.

The Sheriff's Office says no weapons were used in the assault.
Currently the 15-year-old is charged with First and Second Degree Assault, and Reckless Endangerment, while the 16-year-old is facing a Second Degree Assault charge.
Both suspects have been placed in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Services pending a preliminary hearing with a Circuit Court Judge.
Following the victim's death, the Sheriff's Office says they're speaking with the States Attorney's Office about the possibility of filing more charges.
