PARKVILLE, Md. — By now, we are all open the front door and look down at our feet for a box, a delivery. But when that doorstep is naked and the truck pulls away, you are disappointed.
There is a UPS superman who is flying high tonight after the reception he received on this Parkville Doorstep. We do not know the name of this superstar, but he’s been visiting the Famolaro family for days in a row, for weeks in a row.
Little Teagan and Madison would hear the big truck coming down their street and look out the window and here he comes up the walk, doing funny things to entertain the girls.
So the family decided we want to say thanks. He came up to their door the other day and yelled “I love this family, you have raised two great girls”, he went on and on. Mom Stephanie gave up a Hickory Farms gift card from her mom Lisa Sexton.
The girls made him an ornament and neighbor Sharita Pugh, who has been down on her luck and health not in great shape as she tries to make ends meet during this COVID crisis gave as well.
Sharita started a baking company called Cutie Cake Pop Tootie. She made cookies for the UPS Superman.
Dad Rocco runs Hustle Threads and gave him a hoodie which he wore to the front door today! The Famolaro’s do not know the name of this great human but they plan to find out. They say they want a friendship out of this. We say they already made our Christmas.
