A 16 inch water main has broken along the 500 block of Towsontown Boulevard, impacting at least 1000 customers.

As result, Towson University and nearby hospitals including GBMC, Sheppard Pratt, and St. Joseph's were initially experiencing outages.

Baltimore's Department of Public Works says those problems have since been resolved.

Two area apartment complexes are however, still without water.

Water will be delivered to those residents, according to DPW.
