BALTIMORE — A 22-year-old woman was killed in a crash at Northern Parkway in northeast Baltimore this afternoon.
Baltimore police said it happened on Hillen Road just north of Northern Parkway at about 12:45 p.m.
Officers found a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
