Havre de Grace opera house celebrates one-year anniversary

The arts community of Havre de Grace is celebrating the first anniversary of the Cultural Center at the Opera House, Saturday, August 4 with a full slate of events.

Participants can see a New York cabaret singer, a special advance screening of Murray Lerner's film "Festival," a workshop with a collage artist, and the nationally known Baltimore vibraphonist Warren Wolf.

More than 12,000 people have visited the facility since it opened in 2017.
