Rep. Andy Harris brings back his 'teletownhall' Thursday.
The congressman announced on social media he's bringing back the discussions. He'll be calling his constituents instead of in-person meetings over concerns if Obamacare is repealed and replaced.
Members of congress are forbidden from contacting those who live outside the district they represent.
The discussion begins at 5 p.m.
