Nine years ago, Christalene Karaiskakis met Amber Blose.

Amber had just lost her 9-day old child.  Christalene was promising her healing by way of Reiki.

Then three years later, Amber was back in the chair.  This time with breast cancer.  It was off with the wig and Christalene went to work.

For nine years now, Christalene has been healing the body through art.  Last week, WMAR-2 News went to the Annapolis Wellness House to meet Bethany Provost Tinsley. Bethany sat in a wicker chair staring out of the window of beautiful Anne Arundel peace.

She unwrapped her headpiece.

Then, Christalene put her hands on her bare head for a special message.  Bethany the wife and mother of two young children has Stage-3 Breast Cancer.

The 39-year-old school teacher told Christalene to work her magic.

In 20 minutes, the mom who already has eyes in the back of her head, now how a message for all of us.

“I tell my story so others can have hope.”

Christalene does this out of the kindness of her heart.  Visit www.crystalooneys.com for more information.
