GLEN BURNIE, Md. — Anne Arundel County Police have charged a 41-year-old man for sexually assaulting another man while he was asleep.
On Tuesday, around 11:30 a.m., officers arrived to the La Quinta Inn at 6323 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie for a report of a sex assault. Officers met with the victim, who reported he was assaulted while in his hotel room. He says, while he was asleep, a man entered his room and sexually assaulted him.
The suspect, who has been identified as 41-year-old Olman Danilo Lopez-Lopez, of Glen Burnie, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Rape Second Degree
- Sex Offense Third Degree
- Assault-Sec Degree
- Perverted Practice
- Sex Off 4th Deg-Sex Contact
