The annual Across the Bay 10K race will be virtual this year.
That's because of ongoing construction projects on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Anne Arundel County.
Organizers say they determined alternate dates and routes for runners weren't available.
Those who register for the race will still get t-shirts and medals in the first week of November.
It costs $30 to register and proceeds benefit local non-profits.
