The Maryland Transportation Authority says they reopened the Bay Bridge again after closing it due to excessive winds.
Maryland State Police said the bridge has reopened after it was closed for a second time earlier on Friday.

The bridge was originally closed just before noon on Friday and was reopened an hour later.
