Police found a 40-year-old's body in the water next to the Bay Fishing Pier on Thursday afternoon.
The Maryland Natural Resources Police were called to the pier around 4:00 p.m. after there were reports of a body in the water.
The body was identified as Marcus Ruben Lee, and his remains were transported to the Office of the Cheif Medical Examiner for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Preliminary investigations show that it was an accidental drowning.
