The cause of a fire that killed three people at an Arundel Lodge facility has been determined to be accidental.
Officials with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department say the fire was caused by an electrical fault in a duplex electrical receptacle located near a bedroom.

The deadly fire broke out on April 21 in the 7900 block of Stone Hearth Road. When firefighters got to the scene they found a single-family home on fire with people inside.
Two residents and a worker at the lodge died in the fire.
