Is there such thing as a Halloween Grinch?
One may have been around Annapolis Wednesday night.
Annapolis Police say someone stole a gigantic crab costume from a business in the 100 block of Main Street.
A Maryland patterned bow tie and matching pants were also taken.
The owner and police want it returned.
It would also be nice, since you know today is Halloween!
