On Friday the Anne Arundel County Sheriff's Office and other local officials the will host their second warrant forgiveness program.
Officials say the event is an opportunity for people who failed to appear in court to have their warrant disposed of, avoid being arrested, and get a new court date.
The program will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Annapolis District Court.
The first warrant forgiveness program took place in June.
