PASADENA, Md. (WMAR) — A man was arrested after standing in the middle of the road and shooting a gun in the air in Pasadena.
Edwin Gustavo Henriquez, 19, of Severn is facing multiple gun charges.
Officers were first dispatched around 7:05 Tuesday, to the 7800 block of East Shore Road.
There officers spoke to witnesses, and found evidence of gunshots being fired, but no suspect.
While still on scene police received a second report of someone shooting in the air, this time at the corner of Chaucer Court and Saltwood Glen, about three miles away.
A police helicopter headed to that scene, and found a man in the woods.
The man then led ground units on a brief foot chase before being captured.
Police said they were able to recover a gun at the scene. No one was injured or struck by gunfire.
