A man on a cargo ship near Annapolis broke his leg in a fall.
Jia Mao Shan, 35, was brought to shore and airlifted to the hospital.
He is expected to be okay.
A spokesperson with the Annapolis Fire Department says this was a very technical rescue because the boat was in the middle of bay and tides had to be taken into consideration.
