A concerned mom helps police arrest a man for soliciting a minor.
The woman called Anne Arundel County Police on February 6 and told them her daughter had been talking to a man via the Facebook Messenger App.
During the investigation a detective assumed the identity of the young girl. The man still thought he was talking to the underage girl and solicited sexual acts for money. He arranged a meeting with the girl at a fast food restaurant in Odenton.
When he showed up, he was arrested.
Leon Harrison,55, is behind bars and charged with sexual solicitation of a minor and prostitution.
