A man crossing Crain Highway was hit and killed early Monday morning.
The crashed happened at 2:01 a.m. on southbound Crain Highway at Transportation Boulevard in Crofton.
Anne Arundel County Police say Jesse Ezzell, 31, was crossing outside of a crosswalk when he was hit by Rebecca Arden, 28. Ezzell was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say speed and alcohol were not a factor in this crash. The preliminary investigation shows Ezzell did not yield to traffic when crossing the street.
