A 24-year-old Churchton man was killed in a car accident in south Anne Arundel County around 7:25 a.m. Monday, police said.
Brian Earle Galloway was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from his 2008 Honda Accord when it hit some trees along Friendship Road, police said.
Galloway was traveling west on Friendship Road at a high rate of speed when the car spun out, crossed the centerline, left the road and rolled into the trees.
He died from his injuries while being transported to Shock Trauma by Maryland State Police helicopter.
Police said alcohol doesn't appear to be involved. The Traffic Safety Section is handling the investigation.
