Maryland Live Casino employee arrested, charged for printing and cashing fraudulent vouchers

HANOVER, Md. — A Maryland Live Casino employee was arrested for printing and cashing fraudulent vouchers.

On Wednesday, at around 3:00 a.m., officers arrived to the casino to investigate a theft scheme incident. After arriving to the scene, officers met with a casino staff member who told them that another employee, 44-year-old Ronald Dejesus Dalisay, of Ellicott City, had allegedly printed five fraudulent vouchers and personally cashed them between September 26 and October 6.

The total value of the vouchers was $14,500.

The investigating officer applied for and received an arrest warrant, which was served on Wednesday.

Dalisay has been charged with five counts of Theft: $1,500 To Under $25,000 and Theft Scheme: &1,500 To <$25k.
