ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) — Maryland Transportation Authority officials are reminding holiday travelers of ongoing closures on the Bay Bridge.

The right lane of the westbound span of the bridge remains closed as crews continue a year's long construction project, which has caused severe delays.

Officials say depending on traffic, the entire westbound span may be closed various hour overnights throughout the week.

During those times, the eastbound span of the bridge will allow for two way traffic.
