Naked man allegedly breaks into home, grabs ax and hammer to get away from police

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) — A naked man allegedly broke into a home and armed himself with a hammer and ax after police caught him destroying property in Annapolis.

It happened just before 6 a.m. the day before Thanksgiving in the 1400 block of Jousting Court.

When officer's got to the scene, the suspect identified as 32-year-old Tramar Galloway, ran into a home and armed himself.

After negotiating, police were able to talk Galloway out of the home and safely place him into custody,

Investigators later found out the home Galloway went into was not his and he had no permission to be there.

He is being held without bond on fourth degree burglary, malicious destruction of property, and trespassing charges.
