After a long legal battle, a new Chipotle is opening at the Annapolis city dock on Thursday.
It will be at 36 Market Space and will be open seven days a week from 10:45 A.M. to 10 P.M.
The owner of Moe's, just around the corner from the new Chipotle, filed a lawsuit trying to prevent the Chipotle from moving in. The dispute lasted several years, ultimately going to the state's Supreme Court. The Court ruled in favor of Chipotle.
