SEVERN, Md. — One person is dead and another was rescued following a single vehicle crash in Severn Friday afternoon.
It happened in the area of Telegraph Road and Napa Court.
Anne Arundel County Fire officials say the one survivor was taken to Shock Trauma Center with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The other occupant died on scene. Their name hasn't been released.
It's unclear what caused the crash. Drivers should avoid the area.
