MILLERSVILLE, Md. — Nearly 50 firefighters responded to house fire in Pasadena that caused more than $400,000 in damage and displaced six people, the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said.

The fire department was alerted by the home owner of the blaze in the 1200 block of June Way at about 2:57 p.m. on Tuesday. Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire coming from the front porch and extending into the attic and roof of the single-family, two-story structure. The fire was suppressed in about 20 minutes.

No one was injured, but four adults and two children were displaced by the fire. The Red Cross is assisting them in finding shelter.
