ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — One person has been taken to shock trauma after colliding with a Maryland State Police patrol car Tuesday.
According to state police, the crash happened on the left shoulder of westbound Route 50 when a Saturn struck the rear of the patrol vehicle on a traffic stop. The Saturn also struck the rear of a silver Infiniti.
The impact caused the driver of the Saturn to be stuck in the car. They were removed and taken to shock trauma. The trooper was not injured as they were not in the vehicle at the time.
