ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — Anne Arundel Police Department have arrested a suspect allegedly responsible for four overnight residential burglaries.
The burglaries, which all took place in Millersville and Severna Park, were reported between February 8 and February 26 and occurred on Faircastle Avenue, Saddleback Court, Downing Drive and Thistledown Court. Homeowners reported that an unknown suspect entered open garages and stole property and cash from their vehicles.
They also reported that, in some cases, the suspect entered their homes by using the unlocked interior doors that were located inside these garages.
Detectives have identified 40-year-old Michael Gustave Snyder, of Odenton, as the suspect in these cases. Officers arrested Snyder on Thursday and charged him with multiple counts of burglary and theft.
Police remind community members to lock their doors.
