ANNAPOLIS, Md. — An Annapolis woman was arrested after stabbing a victim in the back with a kitchen knife.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing and found a 25-year-old man stabbed in the back.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the suspect, Kierra Stafford, 25, and the kitchen knife believed to have been used in the stabbing.
Stafford was arrested by police and is being charged with first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.
She is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond.
The victim refused medical treatment, but later went to an area hospital.
