PASADENA, Md. (WMAR) — A Pasadena man was arrested in the middle of the night Sunday after police say he was found sleeping on a neighborhood bench with a gun in his pants.
Anne Arundel County Police received a call for the man in the Sillery Bay Community Beach at around 3:15 a.m.
Responding officers found 34-year-old Michael Timothy Mulcahy at the location armed with a 9mm Beretta pistol.
He was arrested and had previously been prohibited from possessing firearms for past convictions.
