BROOKLYN, Md. — Anne Arundel County Police are searching for the suspects involved in a carjacking last week in Brooklyn.
The department said officers responded to the 4900 block of Brookwood Road at 9:30 p.m. to investigate an armed carjacking on August 2.
Police learned that the owner of a 2011 Honda Fit was getting out of his car, when a man approached him. According to police, the suspect showed his weapon and demanded the the keys.
After giving-up his keys, another man got into the passenger seat and they drove off.
Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle or suspects. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Northern District Detective Unit at 410-222-6135.
