GLEN BURNIE, Md. — Police are looking into a possible connection between two armed robberies that happened within an hour Friday night in Glen Burnie.

The first incident was reported around 9:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of Braden Loop.

A man was outside his friends house sitting in a car, when two suspects came up and told the victim they just watched him leave an ATM.

One of the suspects pulled out a gun, at which point the victim complied with their demands

Forty-minutes later less than four miles away in the 200 block of Southbridge Drive, another victim reported being robbed at gunpoint.

This time the victim told police he had just parked his car in front of his apartment building when two men approached.

One allegedly pointed a gun and forced the victim back into the driver seat of their car.

While one suspect sat in the back seat holding a gun to the victim's head, the other suspect went through the victim's pockets and stole his car keys and cash before fleeing.

Investigators are looking into whether the same suspects are responsible for both robberies.

No injuries were reported in either incident.
