ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The stay at home order was lifted and now it's up to the counties to decide what the public can do.
Thousands have gone to ocean city and are moving around more, but that's still not enough for some.
Since they have been stuck in their homes, the group, Reopen Maryland, decided to come to Governor Hogans house. The governor relaxed some regulations but left the options up to local leaders.
Some counties have relaxed regulations and others are holding steady with the stay at home.
