ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Bernie O’Brien with Acme Bar & Grill in Annapolis is lamenting the change since March, but this is Annapolis after all, home of the Naval Academy, and they don’t give up easy.
O’Brien was hoping for some indoor seating but that was not in the new rules.
"Phase 2 we were all hoping to have that chance to open up for 25% occupancy but, to hear it wasn’t for us it’s definitely disappointing," he said.
The mayor expanded the Wednesday under the light to include multiple locations in Annapolis.
There are many new protocols and new regulations are ever changing, but there might be something good coming out of all of this.
The new normal may just well be a better normal.
