A man escaped a fire on his boat, but the vessel was destroyed by the blaze, reports Maryland Natural Resources Police.
The Anne Arundel County Fire Department was able to put out the fire, but the 25-foot sailboat was ruled a total loss. A Good Samaritan pulled the man from the water. He suffered only minor injuries.
