BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WMAR) — A 34-year-old Parkville man is dead after crashing his motorcycle in the area of I-695 and Ritchie Highway on Sunday evening.
Maryland State Police say Brian Okeith Norris was pronounced dead at the scene just before 8 p.m.
The crash resulted in the temporary closures of the Ritchie Highway exit ramps on the outer loop of I-695 and southbound I-895.
It's unclear what caused the crash, but police don't believe alcohol was a factor.
