ANNE ARUNDEL CO., Md. — A beautiful tribute made by the son of an Anne Arundel County Corporal will have everyone asking for tissues.

It comes as no surprise that Corporal Kevin Heiser is a part of a blue family. And on Tuesday, Corporal Heiser was hanging up his blue uniform for good after serving 26 years with the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

But there's more!

As the retiring Corporal said his last 10-42 on the police scanners, his son Officer Kyle Heiser shared a heartfelt message for all to hear.

"Dad, and all units, it's my great pleasure to announce the greatest man I know, Corporal Kevin Heiser," said Kyle,"Dad, it's an honor to give you your last 10-42 and to follow in your footsteps. Dad you are officially 10-42, I love you."
