Traffic in Annapolis was impacted Wednesday afternoon, due to police and fire activity on the Rowe Boulevard Bridge between Herbert Sachs Drive and Calvert Street.
At around 1:42 p.m., police and fire explosive teams responded to the area for a report of a suspicious package.
A robot followed by a bomb technician were deployed to inspect the package. Officials say as of 3:05 p.m. the scene was deemed safe and a non-threat. It was determined, the package was a trash bag.
