MILLERSVILLE, Md. — Anne Arundel County Police are investigating a series of separate crimes Tuesday.
The first incident happened before 2 p.m. at the Target store on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie.
A loss prevention officer reported a man took a rolling duffel bag from a store display case and then tried hiding stolen DVDs inside it.
The suspect pulled a small folding knife from his sweater pocket after security tried to stop him from leaving the store.
Police say he was able to get away.
Later at around 8:45 p.m. over in Tracy's Landing, a man was stabbed in the 400 block of Fairhaven Road.
Police say the 57-year-old victim was parked along the road when an unknown suspect reportedly emerged from the woods yelling.
The victim told police that the suspect stabbed him, causing non-life threatening injuries.
Right now detectives don't have many leads in the case.
Then around 11:30 p.m. over in Pasadena, a 25-year-old man was robbed and assaulted while walking his dog near Wedgewood Court and Leeds Drive.
The victim reported being attacked from behind by three suspects.
One suspect allegedly put the victim in a headlock before throwing him to the ground. The others then continued the assault as they took the victims property before running away.
