Anne Arundel County Police arrested three people in connection to a murder in Gambrills.
It happened in the parking lot of The Beacon at Waugh Chapel apartment complex on Januar 28.
Police said Andrew Kolta,28, was shot and killed during an armed robbery. He was found lying next to a car in the complex parking lot in the 1400 block of South Main Chapel Way.
Dwayne Commock, 18, was identified as the shooter and he was arrested and charged with murder.
Shamar Hamm, 22, and Celeste Long, 20, have also been charged in connection to the robbery and murder.
Police said they found the gun believed to have been used in Kolta's murder in the suspect's car.
