GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WMAR) — Two Baltimore men were arrested Monday after robbing the J.C. Penney store at Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie.

Anne Arundel County police got the call around 12:40 p.m. from a loss prevention officer at the store.

The officer told police that a staff member confronted the two suspects after they tried taking merchandise from the store without paying.

One of the suspect's allegedly pulled a knife and lunged toward the worker before fleeing.

Officers already patrolling the area for the holiday season saw the suspects and arrested both.

They were identified as Lagary Williamson III, 29, and 28-year-old Antwone Legette Jr.

Williamson was charged with the armed robbery and assault at the store, while Legette was taken into custody on an open warrant out of Harford County.
