Two Glen Burnie students have earned the honor of being named outstanding AAA School Safety Patroller.

Enoch Aderinoye and Brooke Ubas were both honored at their schools on Wednesday. Aderinoye attends Calvary Baptist School and Urbas attends Monsignor Slade.

Both students were selected for going above and beyond their normal duties.

"I had to tell a woman she parked in the wrong spot," said Aderinoye. "I had to tell her that you are parking in the wrong spot and to her it seemed very polite the way I said it. She decided to tell the principal what I did, and the principal commended me."

Aderinoye and Ubas both received a plaque and a $100 VISA gift card from The Mid-Atlantic Foundation for Safety and Education, a non-profit charitable organization affiliated with AAA Mid-Atlantic.
