A house fire in Edgewater displaced two residents and caused roughly $150,000 of damage Friday, Anne Arundel County Police said.
Firefighters were called to the 300 block of Oakwood Road for a one-and-a-half story, single-family house fire. The one-alarm blaze prompted 46 firefighters to responded, getting the fire under control in about 35 minutes, fire officials said. The fire was called in by neighbors and passersby.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
