BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police were looking for a 10-year-old who they believed ran away.
On Friday afternoon police announced 10-year old Phillippia Delly was found safe and unharmed. On Friday morning they released he was last seen on Thursday in the 2300 block of Elsinore Avenue.
Delly is 4’6 and weighs 70 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, burgundy shirt, gray pants, and multi colored shoes.
