BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating two early morning shootings on the city's west and South sides.
At 1:46 a.m., officers responded to a call of a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital. When officers arrived, they found a 13-year-old girl being treated for a gunshot wound to her leg.
Investigators believe she was in the 1000 block of N. Monroe Street, the night before when she heard gunshots and realized she was hit.
She was taken to the hospital by a family member. Detectives from the Western District are investigating this incident.
At 3:12 a.m., officers were called to investigate a shooting in the 3800 block of S. Hanover Street in South Baltimore. There, police found found two victims.
The department said the victims are both 22-year-old men, one with a gunshot wound to his stomach and the other with gunshot wounds to his body.
Both victims were taken to the hospital where they are being treated for their injuries.
