BALTIMORE — On October 19, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to Ravenwood Avenue at Belair Road for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found a 15 year-old boy and a second unknown man, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to a local hospital where the second victim was pronounced deceased.
