BALTIMORE — A 16-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot in the lower abdomen in Northwest Baltimore.
The shooting took place just after 9 p.m. on Monday in the area of 3600 Dolfield Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers located and followed a car that was leaving the area at a high rate of speed. Officers later learned that the vehicle was transporting the victim to a local hospital.
