BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating two crosstown shootings.
At 5;26 p.m., officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. There, they found a 29-year-old man with shooting injury to his back.
Police believe his injuries are non-life threatening.
In East Baltimore, officers responded to a shooting in 1700 block of Rutland Avenue. On the scene, they found a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his stomach and leg.
He was taken to the hospital, where his condition is unknown.
Investigators discovered that he was shot in the 1700 block of East Lafayette Avenue. He later ran to the 1700 block of Rutland Avenue, where the police were called.
